This past October, Bryce turned 1! It was an adorable cowboy themed party and Bryce was such a cute Buckaroo!
Kristi had a bunch of cute photo opportunities set up out back:
And a bounce house.. Maggie's first time bouncing!
Her mom made this cute cake...
And a little one for Bryce, that he LOVED!
Happy first birthday Bryce!

This was a funny story... Jack lost his first tooth back in September. And then, Jack and Grace decided to pretend that Jack was a dog. He put the "leash" (jump rope) in his mouth and Grace tugged on it. I missed that part and all I heard was the screaming. And then I saw the blood. I was trying to make sense of what was going on and his tooth (not the one that he was supposed to loose next) was sticking straight out of his mouth. All the while Grace was screaming "I forgive you, I forgive you" over and over again. We iced it, called the dentist and then called my mom. While I was freaking out, he was calming down and by the time I was done on the phone he asked if he could go to school now. Seriously? His tooth was sticking out of his mouth - he couldn't even close it all the way. But sure, why not? We took him to school, made sure that he knew where the nurse's office is and went on our way. He lost his tooth by lunch (now that's two at school and none for me) and this is what he looked like when I picked him up from school.

Poor kid! He almost had to be a Jack-O-Lantern for Halloween. But the middle one soon fell out - or should I say, I pulled it out. I wasn't going to let him loose another one at school so I yanked it. ;)

Soccer Season

Jack had a blast this soccer season. He had most of his best buds from Joy School on his team and lots of other fun kids.

The cheering section:

My parents were there for most of the games - sorry I didn't take your pictures at all. :(

Sneaking in some play at half time....

Daddy ref'd the games, it was cute to have them both out on the field.
These were the super cool goodie bags with their names from the banner - great idea!
Jack was so excited to get another trophy, I'm so glad it was a great year.

These Kids Love Each Other

I really can't count the number of times they ask me to take their pictures each day. Or the number of times they snatch the camera and take them all on their own. Here are some of the cute ones from the last few months...
And there seems to be something special about having the baby in your bed...

And he loves the self portrait...
And I might get in trouble for this one...

St. Paul's Harvest Festival

This year we decided to check out the St. Paul's Harvest with Grama and Grampa...

First, we dove into all of the yummy food and then the kids wanted to check out the rides. Grace was very excited about riding the roller coaster:
 And Jack made a friend...
And Jack decided to get daring!
On both of the big rides...
Grace stuck with the safer choices...

Maggie hung out in her favorite spot.

And of course Grama and Grampa made sure they had dessert -this is what happens when they have dessert.
