Aiden's Grandma's Party

More Christmas? Yep... Here it goes... Gracie was sick for this one and we didn't want to get little Liam sick, so she had to stay home. Jack and I got to play with Aiden and all of his family AND see Santa! It was so much fun! Thanks Marge!

Grama's Christmas Party

This was the same day as the MOMS Club Christmas party... Again, the kids had a blast! It's so much fun getting ready for Christmas! Even though she loved Santa that morning, she wouldn't go near him at this party... (this was a much better looking Santa!)...

Catching up!

Long before Christmas was the MOMS club Christmas party... I'm SO far behind, but please hang around while we catch up! They made a yummy craft... Sang songs together while they waited for Santa... This is when Santa walked in the door... Jack's behind the tree. Look at the excitement on both of their faces! They had a great time with all of their friends and Santa!

Christmas part 2...

After church, it was time for Grama Colleen and Papa Pat's house! We had a yummy brunch and some mimosas and then it was time for Jack to pass out the gifts! Gracie loved uncle Craig big time! Carla was the first one to go and we had to leave shortly after. We wish we had more time to spend, but it always seems like we're being pulled in so many different directions... None the less, it was a wonderful time with my family! We then drove to Corona to Danny and Kristi's house. Danny is Jeremey's brother. They made a great spread! They had turkey and ham and all of the fixings! The kids had a great time. Jeremey and his brothers and sister don't exchange gifts anymore. Instead we (the siblings and their girlfriends and me) do a gift exchange. In light of that, the only people there, who got gifts from everyone were Jack and Grace. It was crazy! Jeremey's family is so generous, we barely had room to take everything home! Grandma got Jack his bat cave that he's been wanting since his birthday:Grace got another dolly and ALL of the accessories! And all kinds of other great stuff! I guess I was tired of taking pictures at this point because there aren't very many... Thank you Danny and Kristi for hosting such a wonderful Christmas dinner! Our family had a wonderful Christmas this year and we hope that your family did too! Sorry I'm so late on posting, it's already been a really busy new year!

Good Morning Christmas 2009!

This is what I woke up to Christmas morning... The boys were already attacking the stockings, while Grace and I were sleeping! Jack was so excited that Santa had really come and he ate the cookies and fed the celery to the reindeer (oops, out of carrots)... and left so many presents all over the living room! Grace, however, was enjoying her beauty sleep and wanted nothing to do with getting out of bed, until... she saw this! and she was up in a flash and WIDE awake! Jack was glad that we could finally get this party started! He received way too many gifts from Santa... Many more transformers and he was shocked to open each one... Then he opened this. He's been begging for it every time that we go to Disneyland. There is one store that he calls the girl store and this sword and shield are the only boy things in the place. He never "officially" asked Santa for it and had sort of forgotten. When he opened it, he said "My suit of armor! How did Santa know?!?!" It was awesome! and totally worth all of the work it took to hide it from him when we bought it. After they opened everything, we had a little bit of time to play before we headed off to church, Grama Colleen's an Papa Pat's and Danny and Kristi's. This is the guilty picture... Santa is a smart guy, but not that smart. He included scissors in Gracie's stocking AND cookies. Mommy and Daddy were hoping that they would eat breakfast before diving into the treats, but Grace had a different plan. She got those scissors out and used them to open up the cookies. Here they are with their mouths full, trying to eat as many as possible before being caught.
